How It Works

If you’ve found a lower total price for a set of four eligible passenger or light truck tires, we will match the net installed price of the competitor’s quote (including installation, before taxes and levies).

• The competitor’s written or digital quote must be no more than 7 days old at the time of price matching.
  
• Already purchased from us? Bring in a competitor’s eligible quote within 7 days of your purchase and we’ll refund the difference.
  

Two Easy Ways to Price Match

1. Visit Johnston & Magwood

Bring a printed ad or digital copy of the competitor’s quote from an eligible dealer (see list below).

• The competitor must have a physical location within 100 km of your home address.
  
• We will confirm the tires are identical in size, brand, age, and part number, and that they are in stock at the competitor’s location.
  
• Our store will match the net installed price.
  

2. Call, Email, or Chat With Us Online

Provide a screenshot or web link to the competitor’s price from an eligible dealer’s website.

• The competitor must have a physical location within 100 km of your home address.
• We’ll confirm that the tires are identical and in stock.
• We’ll match the full installed price, including balancing and valve stems.
  

Products & Services That Qualify

• Four passenger or light truck tires of the same brand, size, and part number stocked at a Johnston & Magwood warehouse or available through JohnstonAndMagwood.ca.
• Installation (including balancing and valve stems).
• TPMS kits.
  

Eligible Dealers

We will match prices from the following dealers within our service areas:

• Major tire retailers (e.g., Costco, Canadian Tire)
• Independent tire retailers (e.g., OK Tire, Fountain Tire)
• Authorized car dealerships
• Other physical retail tire locations within 100 km of your address
  

Dealers That Do Not Qualify

• Online-only retailers without physical installation locations
• Liquidators, clearance houses, or auction sellers
• Any seller that does not install tires
  

Important Terms & Conditions

• Cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or coupons.
• Freight or shipping costs cannot be price matched.
• Rebates (instant or mail-in) will be factored into the final price match value.
• Offer applies only while quantities last — no rain checks.
• Lower prices based on manufacturer promotions, OEM pricing, clearance, liquidation, or special limited offers are excluded.
• Applies to personal-use tires only — not valid for commercial or fleet applications.
• Tires must be installed at a Johnston & Magwood location.
• Johnston & Magwood reserves the right to update or amend this policy at any time without notice.
